She is passionate about telling stories through different forms of media.  She has been an active leader in a number of organizations while at Cabrini including the campus media. She served two years on the college’s award-winning newspaper, the Loquitur, as a staff writer and managing editor. She also led three years at WYBF, Cabrini’s radio station, as production director and on air talent in which she was awarded multiple Silver Davey Awards and a Philadelphia A.I.R. Award. Her leadership roles at Cabrini have led her to professional internships at companies such as Comcast, CBS, and FOX. In the spring of her junior year, she was granted the Philadelphia Advertising Club Scholarship and in the fall of her senior year, she was granted a scholarship from Comcast. In the summer of 2011 she won a two-week mission trip to Asia from the Maryknoll Fathers & Brothers for her video work in promoting social justice.
